Definitions Annual interest rate (APR)  
   Annual cost of the mortgage, including interest, insurance on the mortgage and original costs (points), expressed as a percentage. The maximum interest rate is 20%.

 Mortgage time (years)    

Total time or term of your original mortgage in years. The most common durations are 15 and 30 years Original amount of the mortgage  

  The original amount financed for your mortgage. It should not be confused with the remaining balance or balance in the principal. Additional monthly payment 

   Extra monthly payment proposed. This payment will be used to reduce the balance in the principal. Payment according to the plan

     Monthly payment to principal and interest (PI) based on the original amount of your mortgage, term and interest rate. Accelerated payment  

  Payment according to the plan plus the accelerated payment. Total saved  

  Total amount you will save on interest if you make accelerated payments until your mortgage is fully paid.
